This business space is located in Philadelphia's most prominent and recognizable office tower in the heart of Philadelphia. It is also the tallest building in Pennsylvania and was locally famous for being the first building to break the 'gentlemen's agreement', which was not to exceed 548 ft, which is the height of the William Penn statue on Philadelphia City Hall built in 1901.
Clients of the center enjoy the use of all of the amenities of the building such as the food court and several upscale retail stores in the at Liberty mall on the first and second floors of the building. Adjacent to the building is the Westin hotel making it convenient for clients with out-of-town guests. There are many excellent restaurants within close proximity.
Philadelphia has a rich history of sports teams, museums, and, of course, the famous Philadelphia Museum of Art of 'Rocky' fame. The area also includes CVS, Walmart, Walgreens, Philadelphia Racket Club and Union League of Philadelphia. Pine Valley golf club is located just over the bridge into New Jersey. The nearest airport is Philadelphia international and the center is within a mile of Amtrak's 30th Street Station.
