Regus is the largest flex workspace provider in NYC. To be more precise, International Workspace Group (IWG) of which Regus and its other brands are a part of is. The number of Regus offices in NYC operated together with its sister brand Spaces totals over 40.
Regus was the group’s original brand operating flexible business space and workspace centers across Manhattan and Brooklyn in iconic locations including Madison Avenue, Rockefeller Plaza, Wall Street, and, more recently, Brookfield Place.
The pioneering flex space company that was founded in 1989 has witnessed and weathered several recessions and other tumultuous global events. Yet, its experience has armed it to become stronger and stronger, and, in 2023, while some large NYC flexible workspace providers faltered, it reported record revenues despite arduous economic and market conditions as well as the world’s extended period of re-acquainting with the physical workplace following the events of 2020.
It did this by continuing to provide a wide range of flexible office space and workspace solutions including private serviced offices, coworking desk memberships, meeting space options, and hybrid working solutions such as Day Offices and Part-Time Offices, all with a focus on amenities and customer service.
Regus continues to evolve, solidify and grow by building upon its experience within and contributing to the sector that it played a very large role in creating.
