Servcorp NYC Offices

Servcorp offers premier office spaces in New York City in iconic office buildings in highly sought after locations such as the One World Trade Center, Avenue of the Americas, Battery Park, and Madison Avenue.

Servcorp provides a range of office space and workspace options at the One World Trade Center – a building developed in the heart of New York’s Financial District of FiDi which is the home of Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange.

The building is 1,776 feet tall to remember the year of the Declaration of Independence and symbolizes defiance and confidence. Servcorp provides space on the 85th floor and those that rent office space in One World Trade Center will be joining the likes of heavyweights such as Conde Nast who rent 1 million square feet of office space in the property.

Servcorp also offers full-service office suites for lease on Avenue of the Americas – a thoroughfare known to many as 6th Avenue, which was renamed in 1945 as a progressive move to honor “Pan-American ideals and principles” and the nations of Central and South America, as well as to encourage those countries to build consulates along the avenue.

Servcorp also provides office space to rent in Battery Park – a 25-acre public park on the southern tip of Manhattan whose name has origins that go back centuries. Named after the artillery batteries that were built in the late 17th Century to protect the settlement behind them, the Battery had become an entertainment district by the 1820s. The Battery was the landing point for immigrants until 1892 when the immigration center was moved to Ellis Island. Battery Park has undergone several phases of development, regeneration, and conservancy since then and is now a highly desirable residential and commercial area.

Servcorp also provides all-inclusive office space for lease on Madison Avenue. The north-south avenue which originates from and is named after Madison Square which itself was named after James Madison who was the fourth president of the United States and is hailed as the “Father of the Constitution” due to his pivotal role in drafting and promoting the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights.

In more recent times, Madison Avenue was the origin of the nicknames of employees of advertising agencies that chose to rent office space on Madison Avenue in the 1960s. Mad Men was also the name of the popular series about the industry at that time.
