The Office Group took its 20 years of experience and opened its first flexible workspace in Germany in 2020 with the opening of ‘Kontorhaus’ in Berlin.
The word ‘Kontor’ derives from Middle Low German and was the term for a major foreign trading post. ‘Kontor’ also translates from modern Swedish to ‘office’, and ‘haus’ translates from German to ‘house’.
Working with world-renowned architects Weiss-Heiten, Norm, dMFK and Universal Design Studio, TOG has grown its German office portfolio to offer more than 25,000 square metres (270,000 square feet) of flex space options.
It offers office space with flexible leases in Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt in the following locations:
Kontorhaus, Kronenstraße 63, 10117 Berlin
Linden Palais, Unter den Linden 40, 10117 Berlin
Pressehaus Podium, Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 29A, 10178 Berlin
Oper46, Bockenheimer Anlage 46, 60322 Frankfurt am Main
