Bespoke technology is offered that can be tailored to each individual business’s needs.

Workspace business centres are equipped with break-out spaces, on-site cafes and restaurants, dedicated meeting rooms, shower facilities, and cycle racks.

Who are Workspace?

Workspace is a trading name of Workspace Group Plc and was founded in 1987.

The public company is listed with the London Stock Exchange within the FTSE 250 Index.

The company is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owns and manages approximately 4 million square feet of business space in London across 60 properties.

Workspace provides business space to various business types at various stages of their lifecycle. The company lets offices, industrial and workshop space to start-ups, small and medium enterprises, and large companies.

In 2022, it was announced that Workspace Group had purchased McKay Securities which is an office space and logistics specialist in the South East and London – the cash and shares deal valued the specialist at £272 million.

In May 2023, it was announced that Workspace Group had sold five of the non-core properties in the South East of England, from the McKay acquisition.

In July 2023, the group announced that it has successfully completed 260 new lettings in the first quarter of the year.
