As well as this, Workspace’s experienced centre managers create fantastic communities within its buildings, hosting customer events and promoting networking, business insight and knowledge-sharing opportunities to support business growth.

Typical Workspace offices come unfurnished and are held on a 2-year flexible lease with 6-month break clauses and the monthly rental bill is inclusive of utilities, service charge and WiFi.

Workspace offered a three-month 50% rent reduction to customers following the outbreak of the pandemic and, in 2023, the popular flex space provider secured over 250 lettings in the first quarter of the year.
