Currently operating out of offices in the city of Richardson on the outskirts of Dallas, the designer watch and accessories firm is expecting to see further growth in months to come and is considering new premises to enable its expansion.
Over the course of 2010, Fossil saw its sales revenues reach $2 billion, a year-on-year increase of almost a quarter, and its office space plans now include the consolidation of its Texas-based office staff.
Sales increases this year are not expected to match those of 2010, which has been described by bosses as a “remarkable year” but significant growth is nonetheless forecast, with demand set to come from more than a hundred different countries worldwide, Dallas Morning News reports.
Some details of the office space intentions at Fossil, Inc have already been revealed with its current headquarters on Greenville Ave in Richardson set to be sold and new premises being lined-up on the same street and along the nearby North Central Expressway.
Growth forecasts at the company are based in part on the potential in various Asian markets, which are going largely untapped by the retailer at present. Industry analysts at least are convinced that Fossil, Inc will see further growth in its operations over the course of the next few years.
It seems very much as if links between American and Chinese businesses are being strengthened and expanded upon in both directions, with firms from Beijing reportedly among those keen to establish themselves in the soon-to-be-built office tower at the site of the old World Trade Centre in New York.
