View office space for rent in the West Midlands.
The development group BAM Properties owns the building into which ArcelorMittal will soon relocate its Midlands-based operatives. BAM was happy to strike a deal with such a large-scale international operator. The deal covers a sizeable portion of the office space newly created by BAM at a Solihull site, which it refers to as its FORE buildings.
According to BAM, ArcelorMittal, which employs more than a quarter of a million people worldwide, was keen to improve its offices’ occupational and energy efficiency in the Midlands. The FORE development has been given an excellent BREEAM rating based on its energy efficiency performance and credentials, which very few regional office buildings can claim.
“We are delighted to welcome such a high-profile and substantial organisation as ArcelorMittal to kick start the occupation of this flagship office scheme in Solihull,” said BAM Properties’ development director Martin Hill. “It reinforces BAM’s reputation as an integrated developer of exceptional working environments,” he added.
ArcelorMittal supplies various materials to operators in the automotive, construction, and steel industries worldwide. It has bases in over 60 countries. One of its key corporate locations in Europe is Berkeley Square House in the West End of London.
Editor’s notes: As of August 2024, ArcelorMittal’s website lists Fore 2, Huskisson Way, as its Solihull base.
