Mindshare offers services including strategic media planning and is a subsidiary of the communications giant WPP, which owns dozens of interrelated businesses around the world.
Central Saint Giles, a newly developed 12-storey mixed-use building close to Covent Garden, is now set to be Mindshare’s headquarters, with some 78,000 square feet of office space earmarked for its employees at the site.
The eye-catching development is among the most colourful in central London, with red, green, orange and yellow ceramic tiles lining its exterior.
Contracts have now been exchanged between Mindshare and both Legal & General Property and the Mitsubishi Estate Company UK, whose managing director Masami Amano revealed that demand has been strong for new offices at the central London site.
“Since the launch of Central Saint Giles in May, we have seen a surge in interest from potential occupiers, and we expect to be able to report further office lettings shortly,” Mr Amano commented.
“Central Saint Giles is one of London’s great buildings, and we are delighted Mindshare has chosen the building for its headquarters,” he added.
In addition to office space, Central Saint Giles incorporates a range of residential properties and has won considerable plaudits for its innovative design and energy efficiency features.
Elsewhere in central London, work is set to begin on the so-called ‘Cheesegrater’ building, which will be one of the largest office space developments in the capital, after a joint venture agreement was reached recently between the two real estate giants British Land and Oxford Properties.

The Central Saint Giles scheme on St Giles High Street was designed by Renzo Piano, who also designed the iconic The Shard Building on the banks of the Thames.
Other high-profile tenants that have been attracted to the scheme since it opened in 2010 include NBCUniversal and Google, with the latter announcing plans to purchase the office building it occupied for $1 billion in January 2022.
In March 2026, Google announced it would name its huge UK HQ in King’s Cross Platform 37, which it built for £1 billion.
The building offered almost 1 million square feet of space and was known as a landscraper due to its being longer than The Shard is tall, at 330 metres, albeit only 11-storeys tall.
Approximately 4,000 staff would be based at the office once they moved in, in Summer 2026, 10 years after it was originally scheduled to be completed.
As of June 2026, Mindshare’s London office address was listed as Rose Court, on Southwark Bridge Road.
