WebsiteAlive was founded in 2004, and its recent growth has left it needing a larger Houston office space to accommodate its expanding workforce.

While maintaining a satellite office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the communications company’s primary operating base is in Houston, where it now rents enough office space at its headquarters to allow for further expansion going into 2011.
“The increase in business we experienced at WebsiteAlive necessitated the need for additional space to best serve our clients,” explained Adam J Stass, partner and managing director of the company.
“Now, more than ever, we are positioned to accommodate the Live Chat community with our products and services,” reckoned Dustin Yu, WebsiteAlive’s chief technical officer.
The idea behind the company’s leading product, Live Chat, is that internet users can get in direct touch with an organisation simply by clicking on an email, a specific website, or a banner advertisement.
WebsiteAlive’s customers include some of the biggest names in American sports, such as the San Francisco 49ers, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Chicago Blackhawks.
In other Texas office space news, the e-commerce video company Invodo recently announced plans to expand its Austin headquarters and increase capacity at its Dallas production facility.
Editor’s notes: Following the publishing of this article, WebsiteAlive rebranded as Alive5. The name is a reference to the 80s classic movie where a robot was struck by lightning and gained consciousness, and would announce the fact by saying “Johnny 5 is Alive”.
The company continued to deliver business chat and messaging solutions to engage clients’ audiences on a variety of platforms.
As of May 2023, Alive5 listed 2100 West Loop South, Houston, Texas 77027 as its office address on its website.
The space the company occupies is operated by the flex-space provider Regus, which is part of IWG Plc. Regus provides a wide range of flexible office space and workspace solutions, including private serviced offices, fitted and managed plug-and-play office suites and coworking solutions, in locations around the U.S. and globally.
As of June 2026, Alive5 still listed 2100 West Loop South as its Houston office.
At the same time, Alive5 counted the US District Courts and Orlando City as clients.
