Dallas retailer ‘needs more office space’

[Published February 2011 and last updated June 2026] The Dallas-based retail company Fossil Group, Inc., is looking for new areas of office space in the city as its business continues its rapid expansion, according to reports.

Currently operating from offices in the city of Richardson, on the outskirts of Dallas, the designer watch and accessories firm expects further growth in the months to come and is considering new premises to support its expansion.

Over the course of 2010, Fossil saw its sales revenues reach $2 billion, a year-on-year increase of almost a quarter, and its office space plans now include consolidating its Texas-based office staff.

Sales increases this year are not expected to match those of 2010, which bosses described as a “remarkable year”, but significant growth is nonetheless forecast, with demand set to come from more than 100 countries worldwide, the Dallas Morning News reports.

Some details of the office space intentions at Fossil Group, Inc., have already been revealed, with its current headquarters on Greenville Ave in Richardson set to be sold and new premises being lined up on the same street and along the nearby North Central Expressway.

Growth forecasts for the company are based in part on the potential of various Asian markets, which are largely untapped by the retailer at present. Industry analysts, at least, are convinced that Fossil Group, Inc. will see further growth in its operations over the next few years.

It seems very much as if links between American and Chinese businesses are being strengthened and expanded upon in both directions, with firms from Beijing reportedly among those keen to establish themselves in the soon-to-be-built office tower at the site of the old World Trade Centre in New York.

Editor’s notes: In May 2023, Fossil Group, Inc. reported first-quarter global revenues of $325 million and listed its USA headquarters as 901 S. Central Expressway, Richardson.

As of June 2026, the company remained headquartered at 901 S. Central Expressway. At the time, it also listed offices in Hong Kong, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

On June 23rd 2026, it was announced that the company would be added to the Russell 2000 Index when the U.S. NASDAQ market closes on June 26th.

Franco Fogliato, CEO, stated, “We are pleased to join the Russell 2000 Index, which we believe will enhance Fossil Group’s visibility among investors as we continue to execute on our turnaround plan and advance on our path to long-term profitable growth.”
