With branches in various parts of northern England, including nearby Manchester, the property management company has praised the quality of office space at the Greenhouse, which forms part of the wider MediaCityUK development endeavour.
“This is an incredible area of growth, and whilst key parts of Manchester have limited further development potential, Salford Quays has a particularly exciting future,” said Harinder Dhaliwal, managing director of Belvoir Manchester and Salford Central.
“There is a neighbourhood community developing at MediaCityUK which ties in with our service ethic,” he added.

Another new addition to office space at the same site is the digital marketing agency, Parker Sandford. The Wigan-based company whose clients include Adidas and Warburtons joined the likes of Humanoid Productions, Libra Television and Armstrong Legal in offices at the Greenhouse.
The Peel Group’s involvement in development projects in the north-west of England doesn’t end with Salford Quays, the property giant has schemes ongoing all along the River Mersey and it recently secured planning permission to build a £175 million International Trade Centre in the Wirral.
